JNE is highly experienced in expediting the complex process involved with submitting and securing environmental permits. JNE can assist with project planning to identify required permits and regulations. We also work with the client to minimize adverse project impacts before final design and permit application.

We then complete environmental permit applications and assist with submission, following through with expert communication with the appropriate authority to expedite your application through the regulatory process. JNE works directly with regulatory officers and staff from state environmental regulatory agencies and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency.
