JNE & Associates was retained by Casa Familiar
to conduct a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) for the
property located at 139 & 145 Sellsway, San Ysidro, CA. The
property was previously an agricultural area and is located in
an area with
known groundwater contamination. Scope of work included site reconnaissance
to observe surface conditions and current activities. An inventory
of potential contaminant sources on and adjacent to the Subject
Site. Records review and interviews to obtain information from
public agencies
to assess current and past site usage. Information collected was
then evaluated and analyzed in a final report. |
