Spill Containment Plans
Spill Prevention Countermeasure Control
Plans
Facilities, such as emergency generators and mobile fueling operations,
include fuel storage. 40 CFR Part 112 "Oil Pollution Prevention" requires
each storage site to have a site specific Spill Prevention, Control,
and Containment Plan (SPCC). JNE has provided SPCC plans for several
emergency generator facilities in San Diego County.California
Proposition 65 Compliance
California Code of Regulations Title 22 Division 2 "Safe Drinking
Water and Toxic Enforcement Act" requires employers to notify employees
and individuals who may be exposed about the presence and potential emission
of substances from the facilities. The State of California publishes
an annual list of substances included in "Prop 65" notification
requirements. JNE assists clients in compliance with Prop 65 by reviewing
the on-site materials, analyzing exposure pathways, and developing appropriate
notification material for the client's use.
